Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Within Domestic USA: We offer free shipping on select products within the domestic USA. For all other products, a flat-rate shipping fee of $350 will be applied during checkout.

Worldwide Shipping: We proudly provide international shipping. For inquiries regarding international shipping rates, please submit an inquiry here.

Additional Charges for Certain Locations: Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any country outside of the United States may incur additional shipping charges. If you have any questions regarding shipping fees for destinations outside the lower 48 states, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Note on Shipping Costs: Please be aware that actual shipping charges may vary based on location and other factors. In the rare event of a change in shipping costs, one of our dedicated sales representatives will promptly get in touch with you to provide clarification.

Payment Processing: To ensure the fastest turnaround time, we recommend checking out using credit card/debit payments. Please note that all credit card/debit payments may take 2-3 business days to process. For PayPal payments it can take up to 21 days to process we recommend using credit/debit for faster processing time. 

Tracking Information: We will promptly email you tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Typically, packages are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Process: We make every effort to ship products as swiftly as possible. However, it's important to note that many of our products are special orders and are manufactured upon receiving your order.

Inspection Upon Delivery: We kindly request that buyers thoroughly inspect both the packaging and the products upon delivery. In the presence of the delivery driver, please either accept or deny the shipment. If necessary, please make note of any damages or irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts, on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges, installation costs, and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

International Customers: International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and/or duties. Please note that international orders can only be returned or exchanged in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
