Additional Charges for Certain Locations: Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any country outside of the United States may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping Process: We make every effort to ship products as swiftly as possible. However, it's important to note that many of our products are special orders and are manufactured upon receiving your order.

Inspection Upon Delivery: We kindly request that buyers thoroughly inspect both the packaging and the products upon delivery. In the presence of the delivery driver, please either accept or deny the shipment. If necessary, please make note of any damages or irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts, on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges, installation costs, and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
